The US has the sole rights to do this and anyone else doing it is not playing fair

Unless of course Israel needs to use up some munitions at which time Lebanon should be honoured to be used for target practice by Gods very own chosen people who in any case will be doing a good thing in helping in the birth of a new middle east.
